Shipping is either via the national postal service or courier service, depending on the size of the package. Postal charges within the UK Mainland are at a flat rate of £3.99 for orders up to £50.

How Much Will It Cost? / Combien ca coute ?
The cost of international shipping will be the same as for UK shipping for light items. For heavier items (i.e wooden toys) it will be calculated according to the volume and weight of your order and the destination country (cost price). Please drop us a line on sales@happy-kids-shop.co.uk and we will reply within 24 hours with a delivery charge quote ! Please note that free international delivery over £50 only applies to "light" items !

How Long Will It Take?
Delivery times will vary according to the delivery network in the country of destination and any customs or import procedures.
An approximate guide is as follows:
Europe - 4 to 6 working days
USA and Canada - 7 to 10 working days
Far East and Australasia - 12 to 14 working days
Rest of World - up to 28 working days
Returns Policy
Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. If they are damaged you may refuse delivery or declare it as damaged when signing then contact us on sales@happy-kids-shop.co.uk to explain the situation and let us know whether you want a replacement or refund.
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods, without reason. If you cancel your order within 7 days we will return your money within 14 days of cancellation.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer's statutory rights not affected).
Returned items must be unused and in their original packing. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
For damaged goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the item and refund your return postage costs.
When returning goods please quote our reference number as shown on the delivery note. You may put a cover note in with your returned item, or return the item and send your query via e-mail to: sales@happy-kids-shop.co.uk
We also suggest you use signed for post, as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
